Empire CheeseFor over 100 years, Empire Cheese & Butter Co-op has manufactured old fashioned, naturally aged cheddars. Our factory store, located at 1120 County Road 8 between Campbellford and Stirling offers fresh curd, aged cheddars, and specialty cheeses such as onion, roasted garlic and jalapeno with red chillies. We also offer gift baskets, cheese trays, and a selection of fine foods and gifts. Ice cream is available during the summer months. Empire is open 7 days a week. Monday to Saturday 8 to 5 and Sunday 9 to 5.
